ADDITIONAL HEALTH SCREENINGS
In addition to your eye exam, we offer retinal imaging, in office A1C testing (for diabetic patients), and free blood pressure measurement for patients that have a history or risk factors.
SUBJECTIVE REFRACTION
Everybody's favorite: Better 1 or 2? With a phoropter, your visual focus will be refined to get the clearest vision possible with your new glasses or contacts.
Your Comprehensive Eye Exam
OBJECTIVE REFRACTION
Measuring current prescriptions and also the shape of the eyes gives information towards the best final lenses needed for excellent vision. Our TOMEY RT 7000 offers the latest diagnostic system for these measurements.
YOUR EYE HEALTH
Your eyes will be checked for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and any other potential disease that may affect your eyes. Many other conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol) also are first diagnosed during an eye exam because the eye allows a clear view of the small blood vessels in your body.
VISUAL ACUITY AND FUNCTION
Reading the eye charts and measuring your visual field and the alignment of your eyes.
"1 or 2?".
EYE HEALTH AND MEDICAL HISTORY
A complete understanding of a patient's current medications and conditions (injuries, surgeries, or health problems) is necessary for comprehensive care. We have simplified check-in with either iPad questionnaires in office or through our patient portal from the comfort of your own device at home.
